Mongolia obtains access to another financial investment source. In October past year, the Government of Mongolia singed a MoU on establishing the AIIB in Beijing. Having joined the China-led Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank /AIIB/, Mongolian companies would be able to be part of infrastructure projects in the Asia-Pacific region and get access to foreign investment in the country. The AIIB is an international financial institution aiming to support infrastructure projects in Asia. It is expected to be formally established by the end of 2015.
